all classes start with a follow along warm-up or barre

the next segment will work on skills or steps needed for that specific class style.

choreography is next. learning the moves and then putting it together into a combination.

the combination is then done repeatedly for a great cardio work-out.

stretch/dance party and/or cool down/relaxation to finish.

 

note: all classes have new choreography every week.
